Use, Rinse, Refill, Repeat! Enjoy your favourite diffuser for longer with our new eco refills. With a 150ml bottle of diffuser oil, and a new set of grey reeds, you can enjoy your favourite scent instantly.
Diffuser refills are brilliant eco-friendly way of topping up your existing Coppertop Room Diffuser or even using it in a much loved empty diffuser jar you already have. Even better you can keep the same scent or try another!
Using your jars again again, reduces waste, recycles and saves you money.. win, win! All refills are handmade with a natural oil base and a blend of high well-being essential oils. Giving you a consistent scent for 4 months+.
Diffuser Care
To get the best out of your diffuser refill, carefully decant oil (preferably with a funnel) into your original Coppertop vessel. Replace the Coppercap and place the rattan reeds into the bottle allowing the essential oils to be drawn up and fragrance your room.
Turn the reeds 2-3 times on your first day, and turn them at least once a week to keep enjoying regular scent. Allow 48 hours for the fragrance to fill the room with scent.
Please be careful when turning the reeds to keep the oil off of any walls or porous surfaces, keep out of direct sunlight and wash hands after handling.
Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your chosen Coppertop Candles product and wish to return for a refund then you must:-Within 3 days of receipt of product notify us at ceri@coppertopcandles.ae stating:
- Name
- Address
- Invoice Number
- Reason for return
Please note that all products must be securely packaged when returning, and will only be refunded if in a re-sellable condition. Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be credited. Customers are responsible for return postage.
We do suggest for your own peace of mind that goods are returned by courier as we are unable to refund goods not received that are lost in transit. After inspection of the product we will happily issue a refund leaving you free to re-order a different product.
Please note that if payment was made by Credit/Debit card then the refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. All refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of products.
Returns outside of 14 days
Claims for faulty items made after 14 days have elapsed will be processed at our discretion. Items with a reported defect deemed to be as a result of acceptable and typical wear and tear or neglect or misuse will not be classed as faulty.

- At this time we do not offer a telephone order/payment service
- All promotional codes are equal to one code per order and do not apply to postage of packaging costs.
